REGISTRATION

Registering for the Hot Water Tour you agree to all the following Terms and Conditions

Read Carefully!!!
NOTE: Changes in #4

1. NO REFUNDS - Once you register you will not be able to get a full refund. We will give you a writen credit that you can use for another Round. This also applies to anyone who paid for multiple rounds in advance.

2. CREDITS - Once practice is over you will not be able to receive a credit for that day. No Exceptions!!
A. If we do give you a credit you must recieve it in writing from an official. We have pre-printed carbon copy receipts that we will give you.
B. If you do not receive this receipt you DO NOT have a credit!! Make sure you get a receipt. We will no longer allow verbal credits!!
C. If your watercraft breaks on Saturday and you cannot race on Sunday you must get a receipt before or during practice on Sunday. Once Sunday practice is over there will be no more credits.
D. Credits are non transferable. They may only be used by the person who received the credit. No Exceptions!!

3. LATE FEES - If you register Friday at check in there will be a $20.00 late fee per class. REGISTER EARLY!! We will allow Saturday and Sunday registration but you will have to pay DOUBLE LATE FEES!! That's $40.00 per class.

4. FAX REGISTRATION - If you fax me the registration form Thursday before the event without payment you can pay on Friday with NO PENALTY.
- If you fax in your registration and cannot make it to the Friday registration and have to pay on Saturday or Sunday there will be a $40.00 Late fee per class. Just register online if your not sure.
- Please REGISTER EARLY!!!
